In-stock merchandise will be shipped within two business days (Tuesday
thru Friday) of receiving your order. You will be notified in the event
that an item is out-of-stock or otherwise delayed.
All orders are processed and shipped out of Chicago. Illinois
residents are subject to an 10.25% tax rate. We currently use FedEx for all shipping. Depending on the distance
a package has to travel, delivery times for standard FedEx shipping are
generally between five to ten business days from the date the order is
shipped. Shipping charges are as follows (we do not ship outside of the
United States of America):
Large or bulky items and deliveries to rural or remote areas may require additional shipping charges. We will inform you in such cases. For 2nd Day delivery, add $10.00. For Next-Day delivery, add $20.00.
