If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from saffron,
inc., you may return it for an exchange or refund, as long as it is post-marked
within 15 days of the original shipping date. Items must be in their original
condition, and shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. If you
received a damaged package from us, please retain all original boxes & packaging
materials. If you do need to make a return, please contact us immediately via
the phone or e-mail. We will then issue you a Return Authorization Number. Please
carefully repack and ship your return back to us with the Return Authorization
Number (and your address) clearly marked on the box:

Please note that any custom-ordered items, sale merchandise, personal care products
